Where do Telegram meme coin call channels get their “calls” from?

Hey everyone,
I’ve noticed that there are tons of meme coin token call channels on Telegram, and many of them seem to be pushing calls at lightning speed – almost like they’re fully automated by bots.

I’m really curious where do these channels actually get their supply of calls from?

Are they scraping blockchain data, tracking insider wallets, or is there some other source they use to find new/trending meme coin tokens rapidly?

Would love to hear from anyone with experience running or analyzing these Telegram channels.
