What’s a scam mechanism ?

Can someone smarter than me explain what kind of scam this is? There’s this one wallet with a huge bankroll that keeps launching coins just for pumps. It adds a massive chunk of liquidity, then burns (?) something (?) — always in almost identical proportions. Shortly after, they seem to be pulling solid profits.

My guess is it’s a bot network tied to a main holder who uses their own capital to fake momentum — pumping the price and extracting money from their bots and unsuspecting traders who jump in without realizing it’s a setup. The charts for their coins also look super synthetic…
