What is phantom

Hi I am 27th at old milk man who is starting to get in crypto. At the moment I am earning just about enough to survive with a wife and 2 kids (1.2k PM) it is extremely tight every month. I have 3k in credit card debt and haven’t got a pension which I need to start getting into each month. I have somehow managed to find £50 a month to invest as a pension/savings fund. I don’t want to lose this money but also know that if I don’t take risky investments I will eventually take myself into extreme debt and stress I won’t be able to provide for my family. I want to find a crypto which is safe but also has good potential to get me out of my position, anyone have any recommendations??? Would really appreciate it as I’m not sure what to get into there are so many crypto coins.

Any advice/help you can give will be better than what I can do and what position I’m in!
