What has your experience been with trading tokenized assets?

I am really interested in hearing from people who have actually traded tokenized assets and can share how it went in practice. Tokenization is often promoted as a way to make investing more accessible by letting smaller investors gain exposure to things that were once limited to institutions, whether that is real estate, commodities, art, or other real world assets. Supporters say it improves liquidity by creating markets that can operate 24/7 and that it provides clear, verifiable ownership records on chain. These features sound great, but I am curious if they actually deliver when you are the one trading. At the same time there are obvious challenges. Regulations are still unclear in many countries, custody solutions can be limited, and adoption is not always broad enough to create deep markets. For those of you who have bought or sold tokenized assets, what positives stood out the most and what drawbacks made things harder? Do you believe tokenization will become a real breakthrough in finance or will it remain a niche concept that is mostly hype?
