When you mess up a tx and it says completed, but doesn’t show in the destination wallet, who gets it? Do we really believe it’s just lost forever or does it stay on chain and go into some bucket? This is one of the big flaws with crypto. Sending things on the wrong chain or a slightly different token. I get it, check the contract address and blah blah but where do all these messed up txs go?
