Using a Telegram bot called TweetX Tracker (TG = Tweet_XBot) lets you follow any X (Twitter) profile and get instant alerts when they tweet, retweet, reply, follow, or change their bio. Includes a solid built-in list, plus you can add any account you want. Great alternative for Wuupx at the moment.
