Swing traders: how do you keep track of your coin entries?

If you’re not day trading but holding coins for a few days to a week (swing trading style), how do you usually track:

• What price you entered at
• When you bought in
• Market cap at the time (if you look at that)
• And your % gain/loss over time

Do you use a spreadsheet? Notes app? Just remember in your head?
Especially for meme coins or small-cap stuff — it can get chaotic.
