Struggling to Withdraw USDT, Can’t Make Sense of This Crypto Stuff

I’ve been trying to withdraw my USDT for days now and nothing seems to work. I’ve tried everything—exchanges, wallets, even following all the steps I’ve found online. At this point, I’m just really frustrated and tired of this whole crypto thing. It’s all too complicated for me. Can anyone give me detailed guidance or help me figure this out? I honestly just want to move on from this mess
