Question/Opinions?

Long post, skip to the second paragraph if you’re not interested in the backstory. The backstory is however the reason for the idea.

Backstory: My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. We found she has a gene mutation called BRCA-2, we are both very thankful she was able to beat the cancer and is in remission now for 2 years. She still has to take hormone blockers for now and has the option in a few months to decide if she’d like to have children or not. If she decides she does not want to she will need to get a hysterectomy because of the gene(For those that may not know a hysterectomy involves removing both her uterus and cervix.) We currently have one child but none she’s given birth too, I had him before meeting her and have had full custody of him since he was 1 year old. She is by all means 100% his mom. One of the biggest issues for us currently is the medical debt we’ve amassed since undergoing treatments. We’ve blown through most of our savings and investments to keep things floating. Regardless of what she chooses I’ll support her fully, its her decision to make and I do not influence her towards either direction. The problem lays with regardless of her decision its going to put us in a much deeper hole either way currently we are YEARS from being out of it without adding more massive events. If it was needed we could of course KYC and supply documentation to prove everything I’m saying is legit.

Idea & disclaimer: By no means do herself or myself understand crypto crazily well but have a basic understanding and thought this might work. We consistently see some memecoin schemes(I think the word is flagged so I removed it to try and post again) but refuse to resort to that due to moral reasons among other things. We recently learned of an app called Moonshot that allows for the creation of tokens. This seemed like it maybe has good potential for someone in our scenario that doesn’t have the funds to put liquidity into one of the trusted vault options. Maybe its better to try to fundraise seed money and vault it with a full contract, we aren’t too sure. We understand there would be work involved needing to market/reach out to influencers and get word out plus many other things we aren’t aware of I’m sure. We’ve seen online communities come together for all sorts of reasons and we are just coping ours is worthwhile. We’d also be interested in using “extra” tax/dev wallet funds to use towards a community driven towards helping others in similar situations with cancer as ours. What’s the likelihood of this working, we don’t really have more than $200-1000(MAX) & the high end of this would leave us VERY tight bill wise for 2 months. Is this worth a shot, is it just a pipedream that has no real chance?
