When markets get tough, projects show their true colours. I get it, it can be scary seeing the market tank and your portfolio’s follow, however if you’re positioned in a good project with a team that keeps on pushing, these times are nothing but opportunities.

That’s all I am seeing here, opportunities to build wealth. Whilst prices are cheap we can accumulate more and lower our entries, to which we will be thanking ourselves for many years to come.
