Onchain Matrix: buyback triggers – how a policy might look

For Onchain Matrix ($ON), buyback/burns are framed as policy, not a button. A sensible design would define: a discount threshold (price vs. NAV), a lookback window (to avoid reacting to blips), caps/cooldowns (budget and frequency), and execution controls (timelock + multisig). The idea is to act on persistent mispricing, with every step visible on-chain.
