noob needs help ASAP BULLX

I keep trying to paste my Private Keys that it had me copy into my Phantom Wallet, but it gives me this message every single time and I am getting very frustrated because I watched a YouTube video where the dude just copy and pasted into his Phantom wallet with no issue, but when I try doing THE EXACT SAME THING, it’s “incorrect fortmat” every single time.

The YouTube video is called “how to export/ get private key from BULLX NEO- quick tutorial” by a channel called “how to finance”

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
