Meme Asylum cyclical meme engine — Burn ECT to decide, mint with multipliers, liquidity locked

Hey guys, wanted to showcase something really different. Forget the days of memecoin rugs!

Meme Asylum is a cyclical, community-run meme engine on BASE. Holders burn ECT to vote which meme launches next. Those burns also lock your Step-2 mint multiplier. When the winning meme mints, your multiplier applies. A portion of ecosystem activity then routes back to ECT burnback (buy-and-burn), reducing ECT supply over time. Liquidity for the launched memes is locked to remove common rug vectors.

The 28-day loop (clear + repeatable):

1. Days 1–14 — Burn → Pick & Position
   • Burn ECT to back a meme candidate.
   • Your burn size and timing lock your mint multiplier for Step-2.
2. Days 15–28 — Mint the Winner
   • The top-voted meme launches.
   • You mint based on the multiplier you locked during voting.
3. Reset / Recycle
   • A share of activity routes to ECT burnback → ECT gets scarcer.
   • Liquidity stays locked; the next cycle begins.

Multipliers (why early + heavier burns matter):

• Multiplier = Burn-Rank Tier (how much you burned vs others) + Timing Bonus.
• Timing Bonus: +0.1× per remaining day during voting (max +1.4× on Day 1).
• Ceiling: up to ~5.4× for top burners who position early.

Why we think this can work (poke holes in it):

• Unruggable mechanics: Locked liquidity; known rug vectors removed by design.
• Transparent cadence: Same 28-day rhythm; rules public; on-chain actions; dashboards.
• ECT flywheel: Each round sends energy back to ECT via burnback.
• Community control: Burns = votes; visible incentives to engage early and meaningfully.

Open questions we want feedback on:

• Anti-whale mechanics during the burn/vote window (caps? diminishing tiers?).
• Timing-game edge cases near cutoff.
• Best practices for LP locks and reveal cadence on BASE.
• What data you want in the dashboards (burn ranks, timing curves, wallet heatmaps, etc.).
