Learn from past mistakes dont miss out on generational opportunities

My biggest learning in my entire crypto career is to listen to the deeper signal.

Sometimes the market screams things at you. Very obvious things if you are open-minded and willing to listen.

You need to listen.

It happened with Ethereum for me early on before the big move in the charts, under $5.

I felt the palpable energy that preceded it. The significant community passion and momentum that preceded it. The Belief that preceded it.

But perhaps I wasn’t mature or experienced enough. I can admit that. I made a mistake.

Fortunately, I’ve learned from my mistake.

The market is screaming again.

The era of globally accessible, digital “values-based” assets is just beginning.

They’re going to create or tap value in ways we haven’t seen before.

They’re going to benefit from network effects of people who share similar values.

They’ll be held by people who would rather hold them than participate in the alternatives

Or

They’ll be held by people who recognize a latent set of values in society that they believe is deeply under-appreciated.

These assets will rebalance and disrupt power structures in surprising ways, surfacing expensive societal problems that are not being addressed and assigning explicit monetary value to them.

If the problems are big enough, remain unresolved, and are against consensus, these new assets will see wild levels of adoption and appreciation as markets for effectuating real change.
