Just stumbled on this XRP proposal to the Federal Reserve… not what I expected

So I came across this letter from a company called WhiteRock, proposing XRP Ledger integration into the federal banking system — yeah, as in the actual Federal Reserve.

I expected hype or buzzwords, but it’s surprisingly structured and practical. Compliance, AML/KYC, security, scalability … they’re talking like infrastructure engineers, not crypto bros.

Not saying it’ll happen, but it’s the most regulatory-aware XRP-related pitch I’ve ever seen. Anyone else seen this?
