How do these Cabal coins work?

Hello, I am very new to the meme coin space and I am trying to understand these fake cabal coins that are in the 200m – 1b range. It is obvious that they are fake coins.

I keep trying to scan for coins in the new creations that will end up being used as one of the cabals but I do not see them. I believe 1 big cabal wallet buys a huge amount of said token at a small mc around 5k and then distributes the token to other wallets and they all buy simultaneously making the price skyrocket to the starting MC of 200m -1b.

How can I identify these cabal wallets and track them? Is there a way to see wallets that hold a large supply of 1 token? Is there a way to set an alert that will notify me when a substantial amount of supply of 1 coin has been purchased?
