Friend can’t sell for more than what he initially invested.

My friend mistakenly bought this coin instead of labubu, sold it once it went up, but could only sell what he initially put in ($890), and after that there isn’t even a sell button, just buy. I assumed it was because of liquidity, but the labu coin has gone up since he sold and that is not reflecting in his amount that he still has in labu (not updating). Any suggestions?
