Crypto Marketing Lead – Solana Project (Equity + Milestones)

I’m working on a new crypto project that’s already gaining some traction, and I’m looking for the right person to join early and help take this to the next level.

If you’re an experienced crypto marketer who’s deep in the Solana ecosystem, loves building from the ground up, and sees the value in long-term upside over quick wins—this might be your lane.

What we’re building: Zayas.AI is a next-gen Solana-based coin that’s designed to work seamlessly across both cloud applications and real-world infrastructure. We’re sitting at a ~$2M market cap and gaining momentum. The tech is solid, the dev team is sharp, and now we’re ready to pour some gas on the marketing side.

What I need: A hands-on, strategic marketer who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and help shape the narrative, grow our community, and drive adoption. You’d be working directly with the founding team and devs on everything from airdrops to community engagement to growth experiments across Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and beyond.

Your role would include things like:

Crafting and executing our full-stack marketing strategy (content, social, PR, influencers, etc.)

Building and managing a vibrant, real community

Collaborating on content that cuts through the noise

Connecting with influencers and media in the crypto/Solana space

Tracking performance and constantly tweaking what works

Staying plugged into what’s happening across Web3

You’ve got experience managing communities and bringing new projects to life

You communicate well, treat people kindly, and thrive in flexible, fast-moving teams

You’re based in the US (for better collaboration with the team)

Compensation & structure: This is a part-time gig to start, with:

Equity in the project, so your success is tied to the long-term growth

Milestone-based cash payouts for specific wins and deliverables
