Is the Litecoin ETF hype just nostalgia in disguise?

Everyone’s suddenly buzzing about the possibility of a Litecoin ETF — but is this really something new, or just a recycled narrative?

The whole “digital silver” branding feels outdated at this point. Bitcoin has evolved with the Lightning Network and is constantly in the spotlight, while Ethereum and other smart contract platforms are driving most of the actual innovation in the space. Meanwhile, Litecoin feels… stuck in time.

Before getting swept up in the hype, I think we need to pause and ask a few critical questions:

• Who is actually using LTC for real-world payments, and not just as a speculative trading asset?
