Now, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows the gambling space inside-out — someone who understands player behavior, knows how to reach high-value traffic, and wants to build something long-term.

What you’ll do:

• Drive growth and acquisition through partnerships, affiliates, and direct outreach
• Build relationships with player communities, streamers, influencers, and affiliates
• Strategize and execute player retention and reactivation funnels
• Work closely with the casino team and founders to optimize offers and incentives
• Create and scale revenue-driving campaigns across multiple channels

What we’re looking for:

• Deep understanding of the online gambling industry
• Connections with players, communities, affiliates, and influencers
• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or affiliate marketing
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable operating independently, with flexible hours and global reach
