Building Steady Exposure with DCA

Trying to time every market move rarely works out as planned. That is what led me to start using DCA. I now buy small amounts on a set schedule and let the process run. If the market drops, I pick up more for the same spend. If it rises, I continue adding without interruption.

With current exchange features, it is simple to keep this going. Recurring buy tools handle the process automatically, which makes it easy to build positions in assets I see long term value in such as Bitcoin with its fixed 21 million supply, Ethereum supporting a wide range of blockchain applications, and other projects I think may be relevant in the future.

If the same amount had been allocated to Bitcoin each month since August last year, the position would be up around 30% today. Some exchanges including Bitget also add incentives such as a $50 token rebate for using recurring buy.

DCA has become a way to steadily build exposure to the networks and infrastructure that could define the next phase of the market without having to actively manage every entry.
