Tokenomics (one paragraph)

Base reward = (Activity + Difficulty + Staking) × Multiplier × 1.005^years. Multiplier started at 35 in 2023 and drops by 1 every 51 840 blocks (~120 days). Block reward never falls below 3 CITU → mining stays worthwhile decades out. 10 % Dev Fund (transparent, on-chain) + extra 10 % cap for listings & R&D. No premine beyond 60 M locked Dev Fund. Target supply after 11 yrs ≈ 226 M.
