WalletConnect Launches $WCT on OP Mainnet—Combining Ethereum Security with Optimism Speed

WalletConnect is an open protocol that connects wallets and decentralized applications (DApps) using a bridge server to establish secure connections. The WalletConnect Token (WCT) is the native token of the WalletConnect Network, designed to enhance on-chain user experiences and align incentives for users, wallets, and applications.

Built on Optimism’s OP Mainnet, WCT combines Ethereum’s security with Optimism’s speed for efficient and secure transactions.
