I created a tool to highlight and click on CA’s to quickly get to trading

Hi, my name is Marc, I’m a Software Engineer and I am invested in Solana since early 2021.

I recently dabbled into trading lower cap coins and got lightly involved in the whole meme coin craze. I realized that interacting with contract addresses is something you need to do a lot and doing it is kind of a pain.

That’s when I had the idea for SolHound, a chrome extension that detects, highlights and allows you to interact with Solana Contract Addresses inside your web browser. It highlights any contract address on any webpage (provided it is visible), and makes all of these addresses interactive with a simple click. You can copy and paste on click, or get redirected to certain decentralized exchanges, explorers or more serious trading platforms with more features than just trading.

The extension also interacts with the blockchain in order to determine if a CA is a token mint address or a wallet address, so this allows you to customize the interactions based on the type of CA you click on.

The best part is that it is free to use, so anyone can use it. There are some paid features that you gain when upgrading to the PRO version, like redirection to certain trading platforms as well as highlight color and animation customization.
