Need Help with Exchanging Coins

So in my phantom wallet I have following coins as you can see in the picture: My Problem is that I want my USDC converted to Solana. I somehow managed to not be able to put my USDC in Solana. It says Everytime that I don’t have enough ETH for the transaction. And at the moment I also can’t buy more ETH. Can someone help or give me some tips? The only other thing, that I could do is sell some Bitcoin but that wouldn’t be very smart right? Also please excuse my bad English,im from Germany and also just got into crypto last year.
