Why does this always happen?

The people who have experience and can actually make big profits don’t have capital, and even when they try to raise it, it’s difficult. And the people who have good capital usually have little experience and lose large amounts of money. It’s really strange.

And if you’re one of those who have experience but no capital, how do you propose cooperation with those who have capital and always lose, without being accused by some idiots of being a scammer just for offering the idea — even though it’s meant to make profits together and benefit both sides?
