Something I’ve noticed in crypto is that two people can ape into the same coin at the same time, and still walk away with completely different outcomes. I was reminded of this when Bitget held their 7th Anniversary “team trading” event – in many cases pairs such as SUI, SOL and PEPE were traded with high volume as people sat on it, with volatility going wild. Some traders doubled their accounts in the chaos, others got completely stepped on, and a few even managed to hedge their way through with patience.
It’s the same with moonshots. The token is important, sure, but the real judge of the outcome is how you treat the volatility: Do you stick to the plan, do you use risk management to ride through the waves – or do you panic-sell when the first red candle does hit? The market always tests conviction, and often the winners are just those who hold their nerve a little longer.
So for the degen hunters among you: when you’re chasing plays like SUI, SOL, or meme rockets like PEPE, do you see volatility as opportunity, or does it usually kick you out before the real move even comes?
