Fee increase on buying memecoin using solana

Notice today that when buying memecoin on pumpswap the fee are increasing by 1%.any expert can explain is there any changes on solana network cause the fee increase? Attaché the solscan screenshot notice that if using 1 sol to buying a memecoin today are getting lesser due to fee increase. I just don’t understand same coin, same setting and same amount the fee just increase within a day. Anyone can explain. Thanks.
