RGG (Real Gamers Governance) – early gaming + ads project, possible moonshot?

I recently came across a smaller project called RGG (Real Gamers Governance) and thought it was worth sharing here since it’s still very early stage. The main idea is to create a new kind of gaming + ads ecosystem where players earn money for watching ads while gaming, instead of all that revenue going straight to big platforms. On top of that, they want to make sure creators and developers get paid fairly without so many middlemen taking a cut.

Their roadmap runs up until 2026 and includes play-to-earn games, an NFT marketplace, a social hub for gamers, and a decentralized ad platform. Something that stood out to me is that they are actively looking to collaborate with Game Developers, Indie Devs, Unity Developers, and Frontend Developers who have already built playable games. If they succeed in getting strong dev partnerships, that could give them an actual shot at delivering something beyond just a whitepaper.

That said, it’s still very risky. Most gaming crypto projects never get past the roadmap stage, and adoption is always the hardest part. I’m personally keeping an eye on whether they can launch a working game or even a beta in the next year. If they can, the watch-to-earn model could actually get some traction since ads + gaming are already huge industries. If they can’t, then this may just end up like many other “gaming moonshots” that fade away.
