Now he’s cruisin’ Vice City in a white button-up, gold chain swingin’, nose powdered up like it’s patch 1.0.

Peter ain’t some background NPC — He’s the new Lester… but grimier. The guy takin’ 75% cuts on every heist and still sniffs half your loot.

Sniffed his way through the main story. Sniffed his way into the credits. He’s unkillable, unpatchable, and absolutely never selling.
